Carpenters Group has been recognised at the British LGBT Awards, celebrating organisations and individuals driving inclusion and equality across the UK.

The firm was named a Breakthrough Business and received The Mirror Spotlight Award, reflecting its ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel able to be themselves.

CEO Donna Richards attended the event alongside members of the firm’s DEI Network, joining businesses, advocates and public figures in recognising the progress being made across workplaces and communities.

Donna Richards said:

The awards evening also highlighted the strength of organisations across the Liverpool City Region, with Sahir House recognised in the Charity or Community Initiative category and Kamran Rasul of The Dental Clinic receiving the Inspirational Leader award.
