Redde’s group of companies claims solution is a best-in-class modular proposition, that delivers services through the integration of group companies Auxillis, FMG and New Law. Spanning the entire vehicle lifecycle – across motor claims, repair, mobility and legal services – it has been instrumental in Abacai, the UK motor market’s next-gen insurance distributor and underwriter, awarding the contract to provide their unique claims management solution.

The tailormade service seamlessly brings together specialist services from FMG, Auxillis and New Law to create a ‘total claims service’, one which promises simplicity, customer focus and claims cost control for Abacai’s motor insurance customers.

The Abacai group of companies operate in the non-standard, short-term, and prime segments of the UK motor market, including the digital car insurer Boom, and Gibraltar-based motor insurer, Mulsanne Insurance.

The claims solution proposition delivered by the FMG, Auxillis and New Law operations, all part of FTSE 250 Redde Northgate – the UK’s leading supplier of integrated mobility solutions businesses – provides insurers with claims and mobility solutions through a wholly owned and combined supply chain, a single supplier relationship with one technology platform.

When motor incidents occur, Abacai’s customers will contact the claims solution Centre of Excellence, where intelligent systems will mobilise simultaneous repair, mobility and legal services workflows across the supply chain.
