Carpenters Group on joining the MGAA as a new supplier member
Now you have joined the MGAA, how do you plan to engage with MGAs and deliver thought leadership?
At Carpenters Group, we feel we have a really strong proposition as far as MGAs are concerned. It made joining the MGAA as supplier members an obvious choice.
There are few firms that can offer an end to end menu of Insurance and legal claims solutions to these firms; from FNOL to full TPA as well as defence capabilities, recoveries and legal expense insurance. We also work agnostically with MGA’s preferred supply chains or bespoke tailor a supply chain to the MGA’s customer specific requirements.
We already have a number of MGAs as clients as well as a number of household-name insurers and bring the knowledge and experience of over 25 years working in the area. It’s this knowledge, experience and insight that we hope to be able to share with the market, through our membership.
For example, our work at the heart of the Civil Liability Act reforms means we’re well-placed to understand the impacts upon firms and their customers. We also have a large development team who use highly sophisticated tools such as AI – meaning we can share the value and impact these types of technologies bring.
But moreover, it’s our experience of providing best in class claims solutions and identifying commercially beneficial opportunities where we’ll be able to share knowledge and experience to support our MGA partnerships.
We’re exhibiting at the MGAA’s conference in September and will no-doubt deliver webinars to MGAs on a host of interesting topics. So, if you’re an MGA and are interested in chatting to us, please do use these opportunities to have a conversation.
