Motofix Group, one of the UK’s leading vehicle repair groups, have partnered with AutoFlow for provision of the groups business management solution.
Motofix Group operate eight specialist service delivery centres across the South and South West of England and since being founded by CEO Richard Tutt in 1997, have long been renowned as one of the UK’s most progressive repairer groups and are listed as the eleventh largest group in the ABP Club industry yearbook.
“The decision to transition to AutoFlow wasn’t taken lightly” explains Richard. “As any vehicle repairer will know, the management system is the single most important function within the business; it’s our lifeblood, storing all of our data and controlling our financial and operational activities. We knew that a change of this significance had the potential to make an impact on our business and it was with some anxiety that we took the plunge!”
The Motofix Group and AutoFlow business teams prepared a detailed plan of transition, involving the senior teams at each of the eight Motofix Group sites and the AutoFlow installation teams. Over the course of an intense two-week period during June, the combined teams executed the plan to perfection and it’s already very much business as usual.
Richard comments “It is a relief to have completed the transition and I have to say that AutoFlow and our site teams were brilliant in the way they worked together to make the change with minimal disruption to the business operations”.
